I am sure everyone is wondering about my family, so here is the whole gang, all five of them.
Dad: My host dad is a major business man in my town. He owns a whole lot of places, and I get discounts everywhere I go. They recognize me as an exchange student and give me a discount. Imagine Super Mario, and make him Japanese and you have my host dad. He is as funny as he looks, sticks out in a crowd too. He is always telling jokes. My host mom insists that he is strict, but so far I haven`t seen any of that strictness.
Mom: Let me begin by saying my host mom makes japanese food tasty. All the food looks absolutely disgusting, but generally everything tastes good, my host mom makes it even better. She also teaches me Japanese. she has a lot of free time, because she is a house wife, like most women in Japan.
Minami: Well Minami is kind of absent from the family, she is in Bermuda for an exchange. Don`t ask me how she got Bermuda, but I don`t think she will ever want to come home.
Genki: The reincarnate of my brother Andy, in Japan, except he is quite a few shades darker. He enjoys getting on my last nerves, and not realizing it. We enjoy beating each other at tennis, and nintendo. We have a healthy rivalry.
Ryo: A seven year old boy, who enjoys running around naked, and dive bombing you while you sleep. He is one of those kids who sits as close as humanly possible to you in a restaraunt, even though he`s has many feet of space on the other side of him. He`s the craziest thing on two feet, and I am glad I am busy with school, so I get a healthy dose of him every day, not too much, just enough...... just enough.
The Grandparents: The only time I ever see these people, who live next door by the way, is when they pop in the back door at one in the morning while I am on the computer. They come in and talk for a while, maybe to me, maybe just to themselves, I just say,"yea" a lot.
